We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate your account by discontinuing the use of the App and deleting it from your device.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the use of the App will be brought exclusively in the courts of Darbhanga, Bihar.
