- Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel on the same day as the booking, a cancellation fee may apply based on the time of cancellation and the nature of the service.
- Advanced Cancellations: If you cancel in advance (typically 24 hours before the scheduled service), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on our refund policy.

1.2 Cancellations by Om Riders
- Service Unavailability: In rare instances where we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability), we will inform you as soon as possible. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking.
- Violation of Terms: If the booking is canceled due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., improper or illegal use of services), no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only available for bookings that have been canceled within the eligible
cancellation window.
- Refunds may not be available for last-minute cancellations or cancellations made after
the scheduled service time has begun.
2.2 Refund Process
- Full Refund: If you cancel within the eligible time frame (as specified under Section 1.1) or if Om Riders cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: For cancellations made within a shorter notice period or due to other applicable reasons, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable cancellation fees.
- No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made after the service has commenced or for no-shows.
2.3 Refund Method and Timeframe
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of
booking. Depending on your bank or payment processor, refunds may take up to 7-14
business days to reflect in your account.

3. Changes to Booking
If you wish to make changes to your booking (e.g., rescheduling), you may do so by contacting
our customer service team or using the features available in the App. Changes are subject to
availability, and additional fees may apply.

If you believe you have been wrongly charged or are entitled to a refund but have not received

and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.
